Sally Inc. 4. Viewing and Correction of Personal Information

Please contact the inquiry window listed at the end of this document. A fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

When users use this App, the Company automatically acquires and records IP addresses, viewed pages, usage environment information, and other access logs (history).
